Does the 4.5 Billion year old Sun, CAUSE skin cancer? Just a quick physiological thought...

Mainstream science is absolutely addicted to demonizing the sun and blaming its beautiful rays as the primary cause of skin cancer. Despite our presence on Earth for countless millennia and the fact that people closest to the equator have the lowest incidence of skin cancer, the sun is always cast as the culprit.

Not only that, we are still falling for this nonsense through fear, slathering on the sunscreen in hopes to protect against this non-existent foe. Meanwhile, a growing body of evidence shows that blocking the sun's rays from reaching our skin dramatically influences our optimal vitamin D levels, leading to higher mortality, critical illness, mental health disorders and ironically, cancer itself.

If we know that lack of light or too much darkness damages cellular respiration (by acting on cytochrome oxidase) and is estrogenic and "bright light stimulates/supports progesterone synthesis, we can conclude that lack of sunlight can be a cause of estrogen dominance.

Beyond this, we must appreciate the whole approach and the many factors that need to be considered even if we do manage to get sufficient naked sunlight exposure, as for example, without optimal magnesium, Vit D3 can't do its job and struggles to be synthesised.

I wrote about this in detail and linked 28 references to the literature supporting the role of vitamin D and the considerations one should have before slapping endless amounts of suncream over their delicate organ. That said I also posed the questions regarding 'unsaturated fat consumption and oxidative damage' and 'the effects of the micro particles and our blood stream and Immune system'.

Is it the sun causing the cancer, that provides anti-stress hormonal signals to the mitochondria, optimises glucose oxidation, and provides essential absorption of D3 and sulphur. But when in excess, can elicit damage to the skin and inflammation to certain skin types.

Or

The sun cream that becomes absorbed into the blood stream and restricts the UV rays from being absorbed, leading to toxicity and D3 deficiency.

Don't believe everything you think….
